Literature Festival 2007 at PLMGS

I was there, and missed band practise! :( So sad, 'cos once again I didn't take any pictures there, although they are many candid shots on Kang's cam.

So anyways, we were the first school to present for the Lower Secondary Book Trailer competition. Total embarassment you can say; cause only our school laughed -.- & worst still, when I see the next school performing (Animal Farm), then I realise we were out of the topic (is it this word?). We were supposed to PROMOTE THE BOOK, not DO A SKIT ON THE BOOK. omgosh. :(

After that, we had the 'tea-break' which they gave us hotdog buns (at least better than some weird stuff) and ribena. :p Sivam and TzerBin were food-monsters lah. They can eat non-stop one. -.- And Shaun and me got so addicted to the seaweed that he bought 4 rolls of 6 packet each costing him over 4 bucks. GOD. At least I'm better, only bought 12 - 18 packets. :)

After that, some of us went to support the debate team, but when we reach there, haven't start -.- WTH lah. The topic they're discussing too cheem for me. So I left with Sivam and Shaun to see the sec2s compete in the Poetry Slam. They got kicked out after we came in. (Are we that cursed?)

So anyways, our school both the debate teams (seen and unseen debate) won! But the poetry slam and book trailer, we lost. :O

X-country at Chinese Garden
Sad face, cause no pictures again. (I desperately need a camera phone which can connect to my computer) Anyways, nothing much to talk about. But feel that I'm the cause for Shaun not getting top 15. SORRY! Jogged with TzerBin at the last few metres. :p




I totally love this song!! We're going to play this song at end of year concert with some other school. Enjoy!
